Agency hosting is a different shape to end-customer hosting. Your buyer is technical, often knows Umbraco better than the client they are delivering for, and the relationship carries two failure modes direct hosting does not: the agency loses the client to the host, or the host's service quality damages the agency's standing with that client. We built the agency relationship to close both off.

Beyond hosting: subcontract capacity for the DevOps work agencies would rather not own internally, covering CI/CD pipeline design, performance triage, Azure architecture and upgrade migrations. We will also author technical content under your brand where that helps, and tell you honestly when we are not the right partner for something.
