Mailboxes run on dedicated email infrastructure, physically separate from the web hosting estate, so neither can take the other down. London is the default location and other regions can be arranged on request if your mail needs to sit elsewhere.

Yes. Our webmail client, Stackmail, works on desktop, mobile and tablet, with multiple themes if you want to personalise it. Use it from any browser without needing to configure a mail app.
We have a migration tool that handles imports from most providers including Gmail, Outlook.com, IMAP, and Exchange. We'll usually run the migration for you as part of onboarding.
Setup is automatic through autodiscover - just enter your email address and password and Outlook configures the rest.
Download our iOS configuration profile to your device and follow the prompts. Works on iPhone, iPad and macOS.
Ordinary business use is unlimited within our reasonable use policy. It is not a bulk or marketing mail product, so for sends running to thousands of recipients we would direct you to Mailgun or a dedicated marketing platform.
