DNS, end to end
Production DNS for Umbraco sites has been ours since the business began, and the count of zones migrated onto Cloudflare and Azure DNS passed memorable long ago. Along the way: the SPF record that quietly broke email deliverability for six months, the CNAME flattening that made a CDN a single point of failure, and the migration published at the wrong TTL that took half a Friday to converge. DNS only draws attention when it fails, which is exactly the moment you want documentation, history and a named engineer already on it.
Platforms we run routinely: Cloudflare DNS with anycast and DNSSEC, Azure DNS for Microsoft-aligned estates, and split-horizon or hidden-primary setups where requirements demand. Work covers zone migration with proper TTL planning, DNSSEC where it genuinely adds value, SPF, DKIM and DMARC with monitored reporting, health-check failover, multi-CDN routing, and documentation of every record and why it exists.
