Yes!
We can provide a starter YAML file for either GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to build and deploy your website.
These can be used with Umbraco 7, 8, 9 and 10+
The steps our starter YAML CI/CD can carry out are:

Legacy hosting is intended for Umbraco v4 to v12.
Versions 13 to 17 can run on it, but GreenStack is the better home for them, with a dedicated Azure SQL database and containerised infrastructure designed around what modern Umbraco expects.
