Migration is included on every paid dedicated package. Our Certified Masters handle DNS cutover, database migration, file transfer, and CI/CD setup as standard. For complex migrations involving database engine changes, region transitions, or compliance-bound data moves, additional planning is included at no extra cost.

Beyond renewable infrastructure, we also offset carbon for every customer through our partnership with Ecologi. We commit 5% of every hosting fee to tree planting on your behalf - typically four or more trees per customer per month, at no additional cost to you.

We can provide a starter YAML file for either GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to build and deploy your website.
These can be used with Umbraco 7, 8, 9 and 10+
The steps our starter YAML CI/CD can carry out are:
- Checkout (inc submodules)
- Generate CSS from SASS
- Build using MSBuild
- Deploy using Web Deploy
- Tag repo on completion
We are able to provide more advanced or custom CI/CD integrations on request.
Yes!
We can install your Azure DevOps agent onto your server, open a support ticket and provide the generated PowerShell command including the PAT and we will handle the rest for you.
Yes. Daily automated backups come with every paid dedicated package, held both on site and off site. Retention and customisation options are listed in the backups tile above.
No. Root and administrator access remains with our team. Dedicated is a fully managed service, and the 99.9% SLA rests on us controlling the configuration. Software installs, setting changes and custom configurations all go through a support ticket, and our Certified Masters usually complete them within hours.
Where root or administrator access is genuinely required, unmanaged colocation is the better fit. That is a separate conversation we are glad to have.
