Engagements usually fall into one of three shapes: a first pipeline for a project still deploying by hand, a rebuild of something written once that nobody can now safely change, or a migration between CI platforms. We establish which applies during discovery.
Training forms part of the deliverable. Your developers should be able to extend and modify the pipeline once we have built it, so we document it in the repository, walk the team through it, and remain available afterwards. Being a bottleneck on every change helps nobody.
Dedicated build agents are available where pipelines need isolating from shared CI infrastructure: private GitHub Actions runners or Azure DevOps agents on dedicated GreenStack nodes, managed by us.
