Engagements usually land in one of three shapes: a first pipeline for a project still deploying by hand, a rebuild of something written once that nobody can safely touch now, or a move between CI platforms. We work out which in a discovery call.
Training is part of the deliverable. Your developers should be able to extend and change the pipeline themselves once it's built, so we document it in the repo, walk the team through it and stay available afterwards. We've no interest in being a bottleneck on every change.
Dedicated build agents are there for teams wanting pipelines isolated from shared CI infrastructure: private GitHub Actions runners or Azure DevOps agents on dedicated GreenStack nodes, fully managed by us.
