That's the same expertise we point at your infrastructure.
Day to day: monitoring and alerting, OS patching on Windows and Linux, container and runtime updates, SSL certificate management, backup verification, incident response, post-incident reviews and capacity planning. Onboarding usually starts with a month of documentation and observability, since most environments have been running without either.
Engagement is on an SLA basis matched to what you run and how critical it is. We'll scope it on a call, document where things stand, and quote against the real workload rather than a price list.
