Infrastructure management is what we do all day. We run GreenStack across multiple datacentres in Germany, Finland, the UK, the US and Singapore - a multi-region Docker Swarm cluster with replicated storage, monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, kernel update procedures, and capacity planning. The expertise we apply to GreenStack is the same expertise we apply to your infrastructure.
Day-to-day we handle: monitoring and alerting, OS patching on Windows and Linux, container and runtime updates, SSL certificate management, backup verification, incident response, post-incident reviews, and capacity planning. We also handle on-boarding - the first month is usually documentation and observability, getting visibility into an environment that's been running without it.
Engagement is on an SLA basis tailored to what you're running and how critical it is. We'll scope it during a call, document the current state, and quote against the actual workload rather than a price list.
