Yes. We'll verify the domain (we usually do this for you since the domain DNS is on our infrastructure) and set up the MX records to route mail to Workspace.
Workspace is sold as a bundle - email, drive, docs, calendar and meet come together rather than as separate products. You can choose different tiers per user, but you can't pick individual apps.
Yes. We can configure distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and moderated lists as part of the setup. Easy to manage from the Workspace admin console afterwards.
Gmail web and mobile apps work out of the box. Workspace also supports IMAP, so any modern mail client - Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, mobile Mail - connects without issues.
Google Workspace has a 99.9% uptime SLA. In the unusual event of an outage, you raise the ticket with us and we deal with Google directly. We track Workspace status independently and proactively notify customers when there's a known issue affecting them.
