Agency hosting works differently to end-customer hosting. Your buyer is technical, usually knows Umbraco better than the client they're building for, and there are two failure modes direct hosting never has: the agency loses the client to the host, or the host's service quality wrecks the agency's reputation with that client. We've built the agency relationship to shut both down.
