Agency hosting, end to end
Agency hosting is structurally different from end-customer hosting. The buyer is technical, often more experienced with Umbraco specifics than the end customer they're delivering for, and the relationship has two failure modes that don't exist in direct hosting: the agency loses the client to the hosting provider, or the hosting provider's service quality damages the agency's reputation with the client. We've designed the agency relationship around closing both of those off.
What we run for agencies as standard: white-label hosting where the end customer never sees the UmbHost brand if you don't want them to, contractual no-poaching commitments so we won't approach your end customers during or after the engagement, structured reseller margins that reflect the value agencies add rather than treating you as a discount line item, direct technical lines to Umbraco Certified Masters and MVPs when your developers need senior backup, free migration as part of onboarding regardless of where the client site is coming from, support routing that's either agency-routed or direct to the client under your branding, and agency-rate pricing that makes a managed hosting line item credible in your client proposals.
On top of standard hosting: subcontract availability for the dev and DevOps work agencies don't want to own internally, including CI/CD pipeline design, performance triage, Azure architecture and upgrade migrations. We'll also write technical content under your brand where that's useful, and tell you straight when we're not the right partner for a piece of work.
