Written into the reseller agreement: we will not contact your customers for any reason, whether marketing, support outreach, account checks or sales. If they come to us directly, we send them back to you.
Your customer data, your asset
We make no use of your customer list at all, including aggregated analysis and anonymised reporting. Those relationships are your business asset, not our marketing pool.
Structured reseller margins
Reseller pricing is structured so you can build a retail offering on top. Assemble the package, set your price, keep the margin. Specifics are agreed at quotation, based on volume and configuration.
